Weldpro CUT40Hsv is a dual voltage, compact inverter manual plasma cutter that provides up to 40 amps of cutting current, making it capable of producing clean cuts on 1/2” steel plate. The contactless high frequency pilot arc makes it easy to cut through painted metal. Cutting amperage ranges are 15-40 (240V) and 15-30 (120V). The digital panel is simple and accurate, and air pressure is adjusted via the regulator knob on the front panel. With 120V/240V capabilities, this welder can be operated almost anywhere a power outlet is found and can be used with "clean" power generators. Clean, dry air with a minimum flow rate of 5.8 SCFM @ 70 Psi is required for proper air flow when cutting. A 3 year power source warranty delivers confidence and peace of mind.

Trabaja muy bien pero co alcanza a cortar los 15/16 que dice. Tres cuartos muy bien.
Works excellent cut through 7/8" steel no problem
I've used this machine for over 6 months. It has done better than I expected it to. For the money you can't beat it. The only problem I've had with it is the ground clamp didn't seem to give it a good ground connection. So I brought a solid brass one and haven't had a problem since. That's the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star rating.
This is a wonderful tool and for a “lower cost” unit compared to the big name brands, is very well made, has a nice quality torch and a few consumables too.The instructions however are pretty useless. They are clearly a poor attempt. I understand these units are bought in bulk and rebranded to whoever is selling them. There are a number of these good budget units being sold under different names. But if these importers want to better compete with the big names, they really should write their own instructions. There is no data on how to use the unit for different thickness or what settings should be used. Online tech support is great however.
